Canyon Renewables, a battery energy storage system company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Catalyze, a company that develops, owns, and operates solar and battery storage infrastructure for commercial and industrial properties, from EnCap, an American private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
