Federal Signal completed the acquisition of Trackless Vehicles for $39m.

Federal Signal, a manufacturer of street sweeper vehicles, public address systems, emergency vehicle equipment, and emergency vehicle lighting, completed the acquisition of Trackless Vehicles, a manufacturer of multi-purpose, municipal sidewalk tractors, for $39m. “The acquisition of Trackless represents a strong addition to our municipal product offerings and further bolsters our position as an industry-leading diversified manufacturer of specialized vehicles for maintenance and infrastructure markets,” Jennifer L.
