Cisco Systems to acquire Valtix.

Cisco Systems, an American-based multinational digital communications technology company, completed the acquisition of Valtix, a cloud network security company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Valtix team will join the Security Business Group, where they will work closely to integrate into our Security Cloud portfolio and accelerate our path to delivering a seamless experience in securing workloads across multicloud environments. We are excited to share more details in the very near future," Cisco Systems.
