Lynx Equity, a manager of private equity funds, completed the acquisition of Buse Timber & Sales, a high-production specialty timber. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Buse Timber & Sales is one of two remaining lumber sawmill manufacturers in Everett. In selling to Lynx, Timber will keep the historic landmark and its employees in operation as a sawmill for years ahead.
