Citi Ventures completed the spin-off of Worthi.

Citi Ventures, a company that invests in startups, completed the spin-off of Worthi, an ethnographic marketing, communications and content company. Future State, a venture capital firm, also made an equity investment in Worthi in connection with the spin-out. Financial terms were not disclosed.
