Waterland-backed Horn & Company to acquire GEM Consulting.

Waterland-backed Horn & Company, a business management consultant in Düsseldorf, agreed to acquire GEM Consulting, an independent strategy consulting boutique. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction enables Horn & Company – in cooperation with the founders – to expand and strengthen its management consulting services in the banking and insurance sector in Switzerland as well as in Germany and Austria.
