Trilantic Capital Partners-backed Sunbelt Solomon completed the acquisition of Holland Industrial Services.

Trilantic Capital Partners-backed Sunbelt Solomon, a provider of customized electrical power solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Holland Industrial Services, an electrical distribution maintenance and repair company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Terrell, Matt, Bill, and the entire Holland Team.
