Cambridge Mobile Telematics completed the acquisition of Amodo.

Cambridge Mobile Telematics, a telematics service provider, completed the acquisition of Amodo, a telematics company based in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted to join CMT and unite behind their vision to make the world’s roads and drivers safer.
