Leprino Foods completed the acquisition of Glanbia Cheese from Glanbia for €179m.

Leprino Foods, a food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Glanbia Cheese, a manufacturer of cheese, from Glanbia, a nutrition group, for €179m. “Having successfully partnered with Glanbia since 2000, we are proud of the high-quality business that we have helped build.
