Synopsis
Imperial Dade, a foodservice packaging company, agreed to acquire Solutions Sherby, an industrial packaging services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I’d like to enthusiastically welcome the entire Solutions Sherby team to Imperial Dade. Solutions Sherby’s commitment to providing superior customer experiences will support our growth initiatives throughout Canada," Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO.
