Brynwood Partners-backed Great Kitchens completed the acquisition of Uno Foods from Newport Global Advisors.

Brynwood Partners-backed Great Kitchens, a food products supplier, completed the acquisition of Uno Foods, a food and beverage manufacturing company, from Newport Global Advisors, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Uno Foods into Great Kitchens Food Company. Great Kitchens employs over 800 people in its Chicago-based plants and corporate headquarters in Chicago Heights and Romeoville.
