Celli Group completed the acquisition of 70% stake in Exclusivas JJL.

Celli Group, a beverage dispensing equipment company, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Exclusivas JJL, a fabricated metal and hardware products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
