Sime Darby to acquire Onsite Rental Group.

Sime Darby, a trading conglomerate, agree to acquire Onsite Rental Group, a provider of business to business equipment rental solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sime Darby is strategically positioning itself to capture demand across the resources, infrastructure and energy sectors.
