PPF Group to acquire Robertson and Caine.

PPF Group, an international diversified investment group, agreed to acquire Robertson and Caine, a blue water sailing and power catamarans builder. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PPF sees long-term potential for value creation in the global nautical business, which is one of the fastest growing segments of the leisure and travel industry. PPF is looking forward to working with R&C’s management to fulfil its existing commitments for sail and power catamarans and to help develop future Leopard boats," PPF Group.
