PPF Group, an international diversified investment group, agreed to acquire Robertson and Caine, a blue water sailing and power catamarans builder. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PPF sees long-term potential for value creation in the global nautical business, which is one of the fastest growing segments of the leisure and travel industry.
