Telsy to acquire TS Way.

Telsy, a company specializing in the design and implementation of solutions for communications security and cybersecurity, agreed to acquire TS Way, an Italian company that develops systems, technologies and methods of collaboration in the cybersecurity sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
