Kohlberg & Co-backed AWP Safety to acquire Warning Lites of Colorado.

Kohlberg & Co-backed AWP Safety, a public safety company that provides flagging, traffic control, work zone management, design, and equipment rental services, agreed to acquire Warning Lites of Colorado, a full-service traffic control and equipment rental provider operating throughout the State of Colorado.
