AEA Investors completed the acquisition of Chemtron RiverBend.

AEA Investors, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Chemtron RiverBend, a biological and chemical water treatment solutions management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. CRB sits at the nexus of the industrial water, chemicals and business services sectors, all areas in which AEA has deep expertise.
