Lindab to acquire Irish Ventilation & Filtration.

Lindab, a company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and systems for energy-efficient ventilation and a healthy indoor climate, agreed to acquire Irish Ventilation & Filtration, a manufacturer and distributor of ventilation products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very much looking forward to becoming part of Lindab.
