Autocirc, a company operating in automotive aftermarket industry, completed the acquisition of Rogaland Bildeler, an automotive company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With its well-run business, Rogaland Bildeler is a fine addition to Autocirc’s offer. Their competence, contacts and existing stock will contribute to a larger assortment of quality-assured vehicle parts for the second-hand market, both in the short and long term,” Bjarte Kaldestad, Autocirc Manager.
