Insurify to acquire Compare.com from Admiral.

Insurify, a virtual insurance agent, agreed to acquire Compare.com, a company in the US online auto insurance comparison market, Admiral, an auto insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Compare.com, a long-established and respected digital insurance distribution brand, will further Insurify’s mission to empower every insurance-shopper with the expert advice and resources to compare, buy and manage insurance.
