Calibre Scientific, a global life sciences company, agreed to acquire a micro manipulation product portfolio of Eppendorf, a life science company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Eppendorf's micro manipulation and microinjection products are of the highest precision. We are very pleased that this high-quality Eppendorf portfolio has been given a new home within Calibre Scientific.
