Synopsis
Travelsoft, a software-as-a-service group, completed the acquisition of Travel Compositor, a B2B provider of travel booking engines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Less than nine years after the creation of Travel Compositor, we are entering an exciting new phase of accelerated growth in Europe, Latin America and Asia,” Manuel Aragonés, Travel Compositor Co-Founder and CEO.
