Synopsis
Lisner, a producer of processed herring, salads, and sandwich spreads, agreed to acquire canning business of Graal Group, a manufacturer of canned fish. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Lisner will acquire part of the Graal Group’s canned fish, ready-to-eat meal, and marinade production and distribution business.
