Synopsis

Edit

Diversis Capital-backed Tempo Software, a provider of software for time management, resource planning, and budget management, completed the acquisition of LiquidPlanner, a project management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As product and program managers contend with volatility, it’s critical for their organizations to be flexible, iterative, and able to smartly pivot on the fly. Adaptive automation in planning is the name of the game. This acquisition marks a big leap forward in bringing this capability to our customers,” Shannon Mason, Tempo Chief Product Officer.
