PodX Group completed the acquisition of Suomen Podcastmedia.

PodX Group, a podcast producers investor, completed the acquisition of Suomen Podcastmedia, a podcast studio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Suomen Podcastmedia is by far Finland’s largest and best operated podcast company, holding over 50% market share and being Finland’s most qualified commercial podcast production studio. Last month, we made a majority investment in the Swedish podcast company Filt that also has offices in Copenhagen and Oslo. With this acquisition, PodX covers the Nordic podcast market.
