Grupo Gloria completed the acquisition of dairy and juice business in Ecuador from Nestle.

Grupo Gloria, a Peruvian conglomerate dedicated primarily to the food sector, completed the acquisition of dairy and juice business in Ecuador from Nestle, a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction consists of the sale of the following local brands: La Vaquita, Yogu Yogu, Natura, Cereavena and Huesitos, factory and distribution center located in Cayambe, and the licensing of the La Lechera and Svelty brands.
