Cinven-backed ETC Group completed the acquisition of Amadys.

Cinven-backed ETC Group, a distribution, logistics, technical engineering, and product design company, completed the acquisition of Amadys, a telecom passive equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be working with ETC in the next stage of Amadys’ development.
