VORSPRUNG, an advisory and investment firm, completed the acquisition of Hermann Maschinenbautechnologie, a manufacturer of hydraulic steelwork structures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Günther Hastaedt and Hans Hermann are exceptional entrepreneurs, who have built a market leader from scratch.
