Casino Group terminated the merger with TERACT.

Casino Group, a French mass-market retail group, terminated the merger with TERACT, a distribution player in the garden centre and pet retail and food distribution growth markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At the end of this exclusivity period, which was renewed on 24 April and runs until 8 June 2023, TERACT and the Casino Group have decided, by mutual agreement and in view of the changing situation, not to pursue these discussions," TERACT.
