Knorr-Bremse completed the acquisition of Westcode from Unipart Rail.

Knorr-Bremse, a manufacturer of braking systems and a leading supplier of safety-critical sub-systems for rail and commercial, completed the acquisition of Westcode, a train technologies company, from Unipart Rail, a rail industry company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RailServices is – alongside the provision of new equipment for trains – another major component of our business strategy and a long-term revenue generator that’s showing steady growth.
