Macquarie Asset Management-backed Treaty Oak Clean Energy, a clean energy platform focused on developing, commercializing, building and operating clean power projects, agreed to acquire two utility-scale solar and storage projects from Galehead Development, a upstream development platform for planning, managing and delivering renewable generation resources and low carbon infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These projects represent a multi-year effort to bring cost-effective clean energy resources to the southeast. We are thrilled to add Treaty Oak to our growing network of downstream partners and look forward to supporting their team through the last-mile of development,” Matt Marino, Galehead Development CEO.
