SYNERGIE to acquire RUNTIME Group from Topp Holdings.

SYNERGIE, a human resources management and development services provider, agreed to acquire RUNTIME Group, a personnel recruitment services and contract solutions provider, from Topp Holdings, a company that offers outsourcing and offshoring consultation for temporary staffing, BPO, renewable energies, and management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
