Calera Capital-backed ITI Intermodal to merge with Marine Repair Service – Container Maintenance and Columbia Container Services.

Calera Capital-backed ITI Intermodal, an intermodal equipment maintenance and repair, and storage service provider in the Midwest, agreed to merge with Marine Repair Service – Container Maintenance, a provider of customer programs including depot services, equipment sales, trucking, refrigerated services, and maintenance and repair, and Columbia Container Services, a corrugated box manufacturer servicing the Mid Atlantic area.
