Union Park Capital-backed KPM Analytics‍, a company that operates in scientific instrumentation sector, focused primarily on analyzing critical parameters within the food, agriculture, clinical and environmental sectors, completed the acquisition of Smart Vision Works, a company that specializes in computer vision systems developed with advanced artificial intelligence technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
