Andera Partners and FASI completed the acquisition of Financière Canella, SMRD-BAT 92, and Harmonie from Salini.

Andera Partners, an asset management firm, and FASI, a private equity growth and expansion fund, completed the acquisition of Financière Canella, a holding company, SMRD-BAT 92, a market provider in the renovation of social housing, and Harmonie, a specialist in energy renovation, from Salini, an industrial group.
