Connor Clark & Lunn, an asset management firm, agreed to acquire a 49.9% stake in Bermuda International Airport concessionaire, a private-public partnership, from Aecon Group, a construction company, for $129m. “This transaction highlights the value of the Bermuda International Airport concession and underlines the contribution of the Concessions’ portfolio of projects to Aecon.
