Trivest Partners completed the acquisition of Lenworth Building Services.

Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Lenworth Building Services, a commercial overhead door and industrial loading dock services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Trivest and tap into their experience in growing businesses like ours.
