NewCold and Global Metal Construction formed a NewCold Metal Construction joint venture.

NewCold, an integrated service company that develops and operates in logistics and food industry, and Global Metal Construction, a specialist in industrial warehousing, formed the NewCold Metal Construction joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The NMC joint venture extends our reach and adds to our deep expertise across cold chain logistics.
