Everfield completed the acquisition of Vogel Software.

Everfield, a supporter of the quick acquisition, development, and expansion of outstanding software businesses, completed the acquisition of Vogel Software, a provider of software and Internet solutions for sales support in the pump industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Everfield, we are always on the lookout for established industry solutions like VSX’s software. By acquiring VSX, we have been able to gain a company with plenty of know-how and highly specialized and experienced employees. In return, we will support VSX in embarking on a sustainable growth course,” Henning Schreiber, Everfield, Managing Director and Head of European Acquisitions.
