OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group completed the acquisition of A.J. Edmond Company.

OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group, a civil engineering firm serving California, completed the acquisition of A.J. Edmond Company, a company that focuses on research, inspection, sampling and analysis services for petroleum coke, coal and anodes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to continuing our work under RMA. We have served alongside our clients in ports and refineries for nearly six decades.
