Lithia & Driveway completed the acquisition of Jardine Motors Group from Jardine Matheson.

Lithia & Driveway, an American nationwide automotive dealership group, completed the acquisition of Jardine Motors Group, a multi-national operator of franchised motorcar dealership, from Jardine Matheson, a conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s announcement is an exciting day for the future of our company.
