KKR-backed Frontier, an independent tower company in the Philippines, agreed to acquire a portfolio of 1k telecommunications towers from PLDT, a Philippine telecommunications, internet and digital service holdings company, for $220m. "This transaction cements our relationship with one of the largest independent tower companies in the country, providing the group with another important partner to support our expansion while unlocking additional value," Manuel V.
