French private equity companies Ouest Croissance, Bpifrance and Capitem completed the acquisition of Sodeprint, a group specialising in the manufacture and conversion of cardboard and paper packaging, from Naxicap, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome our new investors, and at the same time Malengé who joins the group.
