French private equity companies Ouest Croissance, Bpifrance and Capitem completed the acquisition of Sodeprint, a group specialising in the manufacture and conversion of cardboard and paper packaging, from Naxicap, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome our new investors, and at the same time Malengé who joins the group. This new step strengthens our position with our customers and partners who have trusted us for several years.
