Synopsis

USI, a electronic design and manufacturing company, and Phi Zoyi, a private equity fund, agreed to acquire Hirschmann Car Communication, a specialist in antenna technologies, from TE Connectivity, an American Swiss-domiciled technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
