Latour Capital completed the acquisition of Gutor from Schneider Electric.

Latour Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gutor, an international manufacturer of uninterruptible power supply systems for industrial application, from Schneider Electric, a manufacturer of electrical power products.
