Arenova Capital to acquire Zero and Mavericks.

Arenova Capital, a principal investment firm, agreed to acquire Zero, a visual effects studio in Massachusetts that provides visual effects services to feature films, episodic television, and commercial video production, and Mavericks, a full-service, award-winning visual effects studio.
