Valsoft completed the acquisition of Professional Computing Resources from Koniag.

Valsoft, a company specializing in the acquisition and development of software companies in vertical markets, completed the acquisition of Professional Computing Resources, a developer of software solutions serving enterprise IT departments, from Koniag, a privately held business services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Valsoft identified PCR as a clear market leader with a robust reputation for providing exceptional customer service and product offering.
