Statkraft completed the acquisition of hydro energy business from Lanco Infratech.

Statkraft, a hydropower company, fully owned by the Norwegian state, completed the acquisition of hydro energy business from Lanco Infratech, a company involved in construction industries that includes construction, power, and real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. Acquisition of the company under CIRP process initiated under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
