Biffa completed the acquisition of Total Recycling Services.

Biffa, a sustainable waste management company, completed the acquisition of Total Recycling Services, a provider of waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a fantastic acquisition that provides us with a high-profile presence in the North-East for the first time. We’ve gained a high-quality hazardous waste transfer station and a large fleet of vehicles, including tankers, for the safe and efficient collection and treatment of customers’ industrial waste, including hazardous liquids and non-hazardous waste," Gavin Williams, Biffa specialist services Managing Director.
