Gulf & Atlantic Railways to acquire Camp Chase Railroad, Chesapeake & Indiana Railroad and Vermilion Valley Railroad.

Gulf & Atlantic Railways, a railway operator in South East of Unites States, agreed to acquire Camp Chase Railroad, Chesapeake & Indiana Railroad and Vermilion Valley Railroad. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to continuing the safe, customer-focused operations of these railroads, which we believe are complementary to our existing business.
